Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is charged at the time of order placement.

Product Descriptions

We work to display product colors, textures, and details as accurately as possible. Because every jacket is made with natural materials, minor variations in finish, grain, and color are expected and are part of the character of each piece.

All content on this site—including logos, imagery, product designs, and text—is owned by ORSAN Atelier LLC and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use it without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORSAN Atelier LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
