Shipping Policy

Every ORSAN Atelier jacket is made to order in our workshop. Please review the timelines and options below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Standard production takes 10–15 business days from order confirmation. Custom orders may take up to 4 weeks. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard shipping: 3–5 business days, $15 flat rate. Expedited shipping: 1–2 business days, $35 flat rate. Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $500.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on destination. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have not received tracking within 20 business days of your order, please contact info@orsanatelier.com.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email info@orsanatelier.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement.
