Refund Policy

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every ORSAN Atelier jacket. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, the terms below explain how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made, monogrammed, or made-to-measure jackets are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

Email info@orsanatelier.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us within the 14-day window and we will do our best to accommodate the exchange based on availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your jacket arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, email info@orsanatelier.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
